David Greaves Photography

Bio

I was born in San Diego then moved to Sacramento when I was seven. Growing up I was immersed in the world of photography and came to understand that it is more than just taking pictures, but really the ability to see and capture moments that define an event and tell a story. During high school I worked as a photojournalist for a college newspaper until I graduated from high school.

Since then I’ve worked in a commercial black and white wet lab, worked as a photo assistant, and have been hired to create marketing images for the San Diego County Fair and other commercial clients, and have continued to pursue photography with an emphasis on photojournalism.
